The residential project to be implemented in the condominium in the city of Cabreúva in São Paulo was developed to meet the needs presented by the couple and their two children, with the programmed use of spending weekends with family and friends. The challenge was to meet all the clients’ desires, incorporating a differentiated and unprecedented architecture in this condominium.
The superstructure of the project was developed in cast-in-place concrete, with two large pillars that support the main beams on the top floor. The beams were designed to release the tie rods that support the intermediate slabs, creating a sense of lightness and the feeling that the house floats.
The rooms on the ground floor were separated and arranged according to their uses, but completely integrated, providing a sense of spaciousness and fluidity. The kitchen, living room, and gourmet space are strategically arranged to give access to the pool and garden, creating a pleasant environment for family living.
The house also has guest suites and an office for occasional meetings. Access to the wine cellar in the basement is made from the office, providing a private space for more intimate events. Above the guest suites, the maker space was created, a space designed for the leisure of family and guests.
