The project was conceived as a contemporary urban landmark, bringing together in a single complex different uses that complement each other and enhance the vitality of the region. The proposal integrates an urban bus terminal, a shopping center, and parking areas at the base, functioning as a large infrastructure for mobility and services that organizes the flow of people throughout the day.
Above this active base, the project unfolds into two independent towers: one for offices and the other for residential units, composing a mixed-use complex that promotes diversity, convenience, and continuous urban dynamics. The architecture explores striking volumes and linear elements that reinforce verticality and rhythm. The residential tower features variations in plans and cantilevers that highlight communal areas and viewpoints, providing expansive views of the city and enhancing the residents’ relationship with their surroundings.
The corporate tower, on the other hand, is structured with large and flexible floor plates, accommodating different types of companies and allowing for versatile usage configurations. At the base of the residential units, a large green plateau organizes exclusive leisure and social spaces for residents. Rest areas, living spaces, a gym, a multipurpose room, and landscaped areas have been distributed to create a welcoming atmosphere, protected from urban activity and connected to nature. This level acts as a transition between the intensity of the city and the comfort of home.
The building’s facade combines contemporary materials, vertical sunshades, and landscaping elements that soften the scale of the project and create a balanced dialogue with the public space. The integration of mobility, commerce, work, and housing results in a complete, efficient development capable of positively transforming its surroundings. It is an architecture that seeks functionality, innovation, and quality of life, translating into a new hub of urban centrality and conviviality.
