The architectural design proposes a stripped-down and innovative construction that integrates functionality and design with the city in which it is located. With an open and permeable base, the building brings life to the ground floor, connecting the streets in which it is situated and allowing pedestrian circulation. In addition, it offers common areas, a central space for coworking, and a commercial area with a café. The composition of the eight upper floors includes 38 residential units, which were designed in different typologies to meet the needs of residents.
There are duplex apartments with 65m², 10 units with two bedrooms, also with 65m², and 12 studio units with areas between 25 and 32m². The rooftop is intended for common leisure areas, with spaces for socializing and activities, as well as offering a panoramic view of the city.

The construction is characterized by its purist essence, which is revealed through the chosen materials: concrete, glass, and wood. The absence of ornaments gives the building a modern and innovative look.

With a built-up area of approximately 3,000 m², the peculiarity of the terrain made it possible to explore the shape of the set in a way that reveals an architecture that projects itself sumptuously to the observer’s view. The architectural design values the integration of the construction with the city in which it is located. The open and permeable base creates a pleasant and accessible environment that invites pedestrians to circulate and enjoy the space.
The central space intended for coworking and the commercial area with a café encourage interaction among people, contributing to the development of the neighborhood.
