This high-end residential project was designed to offer comfort, functionality, and full integration with the natural landscape. The building is balanced on the site, exploring well-defined volumes, striking horizontal lines, and a strong relationship between interior and exterior. The landscaping envelops the entire building, reinforcing the connection between architecture, nature, and well-being, as well as contributing to the environmental quality of the spaces.
The architectural language adopts a contemporary and timeless aesthetic, marked by the use of exposed concrete, large glass panels, and natural wood elements. This material composition balances robustness and lightness, giving the project its identity and providing visual and thermal comfort to the environments.
The residence is developed on well-defined levels, emphasizing the zoning of uses and the user experience. On the ground floor, where most of the program is concentrated, the social spaces are organized fluidly, with spacious and continuous environments. Large glass windows open onto the balcony, deck, pool area, and gardens, allowing the landscaping to act as an extension of the interior spaces.
This transparency dissolves the boundaries between interior and exterior, expands spatial perception, and creates dynamic scenarios throughout the day, based on variations in natural light. The internal courtyard, located in the center of the building, plays a fundamental role in the distribution of natural light and ventilation, enhancing the interior environments and strengthening the feeling of integration.
The rooftop was conceived as a space for contemplation and leisure, extending the architectural experience to the upper level. More than a technical element, this level is configured as an extension of the social spaces, with a sensory and contemplative character, consolidating itself as a unique space within the residence.
The ensemble expresses a contemporary architecture, in which each space is qualified not only by its function but also by the articulation between materiality, light, and landscape, resulting in a sophisticated, functional residence integrated with nature.
