Parque Shopping Maia | Lopes Dias Arquitetura

Parque Shopping Maia is strategically located in a high-growth neighborhood in a prime area of Guarulhos and close to the pleasant nature of the “Bosque Maia” Forest.

With its three floors interconnected by generous light spans by wide skylights and a unique lighting technician, it involves the clients in an environment of pure magic.

Parque Shopping Maia counts on wide corridors, giving the environment a sense of visual unity and allowing a multilevel visibility. With an area of 89.000sqm, it has bold facades and refined interior, with the purpose of reflecting a more qualified characteristic complete the project.

A refined gourmet space for their restaurants was also carefully planned. The food court, with several options, offers more than 1,000 seats. The structure also has 03 parking levels and more than 1,600 covered parking spaces.

In addition, it has all the systems and standards related to sustainability, ranging from reuse of water to high index of natural light. An architecture interconnected with the environment, which promotes fluidity of movement and communication with pedestrians.

Simultaneously, they create semi-public and playful spaces, enchanting everyone who circulates there.

The project was requested by General Shopping Brasil, a pioneer in the introduction of the Outlet concept in the Brazilian market and is among the leaders in the Brazilian mall market with more than 17 shopping centers in operation.
