\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLDA took on the challenge of designing the expansion and revitalization of Unimart Shopping Campinas, considering its open mall qualities and the needs of the constantly growing region. One of the highlights of the project is the expansion of the food court, which is now air-conditioned and has more space to accommodate a variety of operations, offering more comfort and transforming the food court into a meeting point for the region.

\n\nWe sought to create a pleasant and welcoming environment where people can enjoy a unique gastronomic experience.Another fundamental element of the project is the gourmet space, which was designed to offer a complete gastronomic experience, capable of pleasing even the most demanding palates. We believe this space will become one of the highlights of the shopping center and attract many visitors.

\n\nFor us, landscaping is an important aspect of any project. Therefore, we designed a complete renovation of this area of the shopping center, seeking to enrich the experience of visitors and users.

\n\nWe believe that the beauty of the environment can transform the consumer experience and create an emotional connection with the location.As parking is an important factor for those visiting the shopping center, we increased the number of covered parking spaces, seeking to offer more convenience to customers.

\n\nThe architecture of Unimart Shopping Campinas was designed to turn it into a reference lifestyle center for the sector. We sought to offer a modern and sophisticated environment capable of providing visitors and users with a unique shopping and service experience.

\n\nFor shop owners, we created a business model that offers more visibility and reduction of condominium costs, seeking the satisfaction and success of all involved in the project.

\n\nWith this expansion and revitalization, we believe that Unimart Shopping Campinas will become a reference point in the region, a place where people can enjoy pleasant moments, find novelties, and have access to quality services.
