\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOutlet Premium Bras\u00edlia is a charming and monumental building located on top of a hill, with a view that stands out at a distance of 7 kilometers in the surrounding landscape. With an area of 29,000 square meters, the project was designed to prioritize courtyards with natural lighting and \u201ccerrado\u201d vegetation, creating an unforgettable shopping experience. With a land area of 120,000 square meters, the central implementation of the building favors access from multiple points, generating a lively and dynamic circulation in all corridors.

\n\nThe original project included water mirrors at different levels and interconnected to maintain greater humidity in the squares between the shops, reducing the aridity of the local air. Along with trees with wide canopies, this idea helped create a microclimate following the principles of biophilia, traditional in Moorish culture, which could contribute to reducing the power of the air conditioning systems in the shops. The implementation configuration of the set was inspired by the dandelion flower.

\n\nThe central building of the food court originally rose elevated, allowing the view to traverse the entire set. Later, its implementation at ground level was requested.Two precast concrete gables in the shape of a butterfly wing were created, with their implementation axis fixed on Lucio Costa\u2019s pyramidal axis for Bras\u00edlia. This axis, which is 63 km from the site, was the guiding alignment element for its columns, designed for this building.

\n\nTogether with the monumental glass skin, which served as a luminaire from the top of the site to those approaching the location, the central building of the food court stood out as a perceptible luminaire at more than 7 km on the road.This is one of the constructions that bring the most pleasure in being implemented. As with all major projects, sustainability issues were strongly considered and applied.

\n\nThe entire surface of the car park is made with interlocking blocks, and its drainage, as well as the drainage of the roofs and courtyards, is treated in the Effluent Treatment Station (ETE) and used to water the gardens.

\n\nOutlet Premium Bras\u00edlia is a majestic place that harmoniously integrates with the nature of the region, generating a pleasant environment for people who visit it.
