\n\nThe hospital is strategically integrated into the complex, with independent access and architectural solutions that guarantee functionality, operational efficiency, and comfort for users, maintaining a harmonious relationship with the other uses of the development. Its implementation contributes to expanding the supply of essential services and consolidating the complex as a complete hub of activities.

\n\nConnecting all the volumes, the leisure and services boulevard acts as a structuring element of the project and the main axis of social interaction. Conceived as an open, permeable, and welcoming space, the boulevard incorporates nature as a central element of the urban experience, through green areas, high-quality landscaping, and outdoor spaces for relaxation.

\n\nThe presence of vegetation, combined with the design of the pathways and seating areas, promotes environmental comfort, well-being, and encourages social interaction, directly contributing to improving the quality of life of users.
