\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe residential project to be implemented in the condominium in the city of Cabre\u00fava in S\u00e3o Paulo was developed to meet the needs presented by the couple and their two children, with the programmed use of spending weekends with family and friends. The challenge was to meet all the clients\u2019 desires, incorporating a differentiated and unprecedented architecture in this condominium.

\n\nThe superstructure of the project was developed in cast-in-place concrete, with two large pillars that support the main beams on the top floor. The beams were designed to release the tie rods that support the intermediate slabs, creating a sense of lightness and the feeling that the house floats.

\n\nThe rooms on the ground floor were separated and arranged according to their uses, but completely integrated, providing a sense of spaciousness and fluidity. The kitchen, living room, and gourmet space are strategically arranged to give access to the pool and garden, creating a pleasant environment for family living.

\n\nThe house also has guest suites and an office for occasional meetings. Access to the wine cellar in the basement is made from the office, providing a private space for more intimate events. Above the guest suites, the maker space was created, a space designed for the leisure of family and guests.
\nOn the upper floor, two suites were designed for the children and a master suite for the couple, with balconies that provide a view of the leisure patio on the ground floor.

\n\nThe residential project stands out for its differentiated and unprecedented architecture in this condominium, which uses a superstructure in in-situ molded concrete and tie rods that create a sensation of a pavilion house, giving monumentality to the space.

\n\nThe integration of spaces on the ground floor, the strategic arrangement of the kitchen, living room, and gourmet area, provide a pleasant and functional environment for family living.

\n\nThe accommodations for guests and office, in addition to the wine cellar in the basement, create reserved spaces for more intimate events.
