\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMV Healthcare Management Systems, a leader in healthcare management software, entrusted the architecture firm LDA with the challenge of renovating a commercial complex to house its new headquarters.Based on the client\u2019s needs, the architecture team divided the renovation into two phases, aiming to create a precise, efficient, and flexible environment.

\n\nThe architecture of the Santo Amaro University Campus is an example of how it is possible to build a high-quality and comfortable environment with prefabricated materials easily found on the market. With a large plot of 3,000m\u00b2, the project was developed to provide a quick and sustainable construction, using high-performance materials in thermoacoustic protection and low cost.

\n\nThe main access is through the library caf\u00e9 and its garden, where the user finds a level difference that can lead to an auditorium open to the public. The other side of the level difference is connected to turnstiles that lead to a central courtyard, where all the laboratories and administrative area are located on the ground floor.

\n\nThe campus has two more floors with classrooms on both sides, allowing circulation with a view of the entire university. With a capacity for 1,400 students in the 1st implementation phase and 3,000 students in the 2nd phase, the campus has three floors equipped with classrooms, laboratories, and administration.

\n\nTo facilitate the operation and maintenance of the building, a block of toilets was designed next to the building, aiming at the expansion connection of the campus and the concentration of systems.

\n\nThe architectural design presents an efficient and sustainable approach. By using prefabricated and low-cost materials, the building has become a reference in fast and high-quality construction. The use of high-performance materials in thermoacoustic protection provides thermal and acoustic comfort to students and staff. The layout of spaces on the campus was designed to optimize circulation and interaction between different areas.

\n\nThe project is proof that it is possible to build sustainable, comfortable, and high-quality buildings without sacrificing efficiency and low cost.
