After years of disuse, the building will be converted into a modern shopping center with parking, food stores, services, and amenities.Additionally, the upper floor will be dedicated to a gym and commercial spaces with services for the surrounding community.

\n\nLocated at the intersection of two important avenues, the building has easy access to vehicle traffic, public transportation, and pedestrian circulation. The area around the building is predominantly residential, with low population density, which makes its new role as a community service space even more relevant.

\n\nOne of the most striking aspects of the building\u2019s renovation is its new facade. The openings will be enlarged and opened to allow for greater transparency and visual communication between the interior space and the city. The project also values original elements of the building, such as clay bricks, roof trusses, and large steel doors that divided production environments. All of this will be preserved and incorporated into the new building design.

\n\nThe choice of materials for the new building facade is a crucial element of the project. The combination of exposed bricks, wood, glass, metal, and green walls helps reinforce the connection between the building\u2019s past and present.
